@Crazy Cat Lad I have the Chocolate Box on my Win 10 App, but it has disappeared from my Facebook browser version ??
The Chocolate Box has not been removed.
Please make sure you have the latest update installed and then force close the app and restart the device and see if it comes back. Playing one level also may help to get some extra features active.

I am glad that the Choc Box is back for everyone. Hopefully that means it was just an unannounced technical error.
Just to be clear @CEG-2 the theory about free boosters being removed is just a theory, and nothing has been proven. I think though that you are the first person to say they have bought something and had a feature returned to them.
@Alienscar thank you for the insight! That is a pretty horrible thing, taking away free boosters because I purchased something to get past a level (5467) I had been stuck on forever!!! BUT, I just checked, and the chocolate box is back. Thanks again!

Hi @CEG-2 seeing as you spent money on your game, and you aren't happy with the result you might like to try contacting King Support to see if they will give you a refund.
Also note that your Chocolate Box disappearing might be related to you spending money. There is a theory on this forum that if you spend any money on the game then all means of getting free boosters are removed from your game.
Mine has also disappeared yet again. It happened the night before last…what makes me REALLY ANGRY is that I spent money to get the fish needed to complete. I am LIVID!
My chocolate box disappeared yesterday, but this afternoon it came back, along with the win streak necklace, which had been gone for a couple of weeks. Maybe it was some kind of tech issue.
Hi @Karen123 earlier this month a few people mentioned that they had lost their Chocolate Boxes and it turned out to be a technical issue.

On a different note the levels are getting harder and we have fewer moves to do it. Could do with the extra boosters from the chocolate box. Here’s hoping it returns soon.

Yeah I had the new one for a long time @Alienscar And you’re right, before the new chocolate box came, the old one disappeared for some time. Well I’ll see if it returns. Do hope so, because I’ve lost all extra things in the game. (For a long time ago I lost Episode Race, never had the necklace etc…) So yeah that’s a bummer 🤷♀️
Hello @Karen123 and @Yosca did your chocolate box look like the one in my screenshot? If it didn't then this means that you still had the old Chocolate Box. If you still had the old Box then the fact yours has just disappeared may mean that you are just about to receive the new one. Keep playing and make sure your app is up to date.
