@Werner_Cichy after you clear the four swirls on the left, if you use a hammer four times on each of the squares in the bottom section indicated with the order requirement of 8 rainbow swirls, it unlocks all that stuff at the bottom. 16 hammers needed.

@Werner_Cichy abcd says here https://candycrushsagaallhelp.blogspot.com/p/levels-over-10000.html he used 16 hammers to get through. As far as I remember a player commenting in this thread also mentions using hammers to get through.
