Why does my fabulous five show that we’ve reached 7000 but will not release my prize?

There is sometimes a graph issue. to check if you have this you would need to add your team scores up to see if you have reached the 7000 target. If your team has not reached the target due to the issue please note that the scores in this case are counted in the background and if your team reaches the target in the given time you will receive you rewards.
If you post a screenshot we can confirm this for you or not and advise you if this is not the issue

Sometimes if your "too late" to login after the prize is given, you miss out...😪
It's a serious bummer and makes no sense but happens to me often since I don't play everyday.

Hi My Star tournament scoring is not advancing can this please be fixed it has not worked since Nov. 9th. Also I get an error message every time I tried to but the Saturday sale and now the Sunday sale as well.

The super charge charged candy that you win after passing 4 levels keeps disappearing. I didn’t lose the game, but I had to play it again without the super charge, I won again, and still bounced out of the challenge.
