Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
I kept getting the error message below. I tried restarting my laptop, updating my game through the Microsoft store, emptying all cache, and nothing worked. I finally logged out, restarted my laptop, and logged back in and now my prizes are completely gone from Events. Is there any way for me to get them back?
