Hi neila, I doubt very much that it is a scam, as scammers try to take things off you rather than give you things. I would guess it is just a glitch similar to one that makes the timer of events look like they have hundreds of thousands of minutes to run.

Or it could be an issue with the programme data being unstable such as you can see in the example below.

If you are worried try logging in and out of your game to see if the boosters reset themselves.

You could also try using some of the boosters and see if they actually exist.
