Candy crush game won’t sync between iPad and iphone

The progress on my iPhone is 4419 however when I try to log in to my iPad the level is only 11

ive tried reinstalling. Deleting data from cloud but nothing seem to work

my user ID is 10092909165

Is your user ID the same on both? Also did you download the app on both or do you play online?

Do you play thru Facebook in the two devices or to King they are not synchronized

I play using the king account, I forgot to add that I only made the king account today. I used to play without an account

The ID is the same on both. I’ve downloaded the app on both and I am always connected to the internet

Go back to where you played without a king account and get the user ID and then have @Crazy Cat Lad apply it to your new king account.

You said you just created the king account on your Apple devices so go to where you used to play online and get the user ID from there and have @Crazy Cat Lad merge them for you
