Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
When completing a level you need to make sure your score and the stars come up before exiting the level as it will not register to the server. Apologies but all that can be done in this instance is replay the level. Check before you enter level again that it definitely did not register.

I could replay the game again if only it would connect. It has said connection error for 4 days now and nothing I can do. Support has sent me various suggestions but nothing works. This happened before and lots of players reported the same thing. Surely an update could sort out the problem otherwise I cannot play.
I'm sorry, because your game app is corrupted and in that case you need to reinstall the game app after uninstalling😢To do this you will lose all the stored boosters and unsaved levels but your game's connection problem will be solved.
If you have lost too many levels, the lost levels can be restored manually.

I am so frustrated at the apparent lack of competence of the programmers/developers as they seem unable to fix the recurring software issues.
After trying absolutely everything I had to resort to deleting the app and consequently lost all my hard-earned boosters.
