Have read all issue with other have latest updates and still doesn't work neither does the store how do I fix error

I've done the troubleshooting steps...restart, logout, clear cache, update, etc. Still getting the server error for days.

Please make sure the app is upodated and then froce close the app and restart the device and see if it connects to the server.

Sometimes slow internet is also the reason behind this error. Try using alternative internet from wifi to data mode or data mode to wifi and see if it helps you.
The chocolate box is missing for many. That leads me to believe they are working on it. I hope yours soon returns to regular. Please do the trouble shooting suggested above. Good luck.

Make sure update your App .
The Chocolate Box is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.
@ssembar Hi and welcome , have you logged out of your game and restarted your device, to ensure any fixes have reached your game. Also if playing via an internet browser have you cleared your cache. The server error can just be a temporary problem but if you have had this for a while you will need to contact customer support from your game settings to see if they can help you resolve your issue.
Just go to settings /cog wheel and click on question mark and send them a message with your issues
