Can not restore my account as i have forgotten my password

Dear Cady Crush saga Community,
I do not have the ID nor access to my account. I was at 2248 level and when I try to reset my password by using my email address that i was using for logging, I get attached error. My user name was Sofia V. Please help me to restore my password and get back to my progress. The reset password functionality from king site has an issue in the first place as you see. Please advise or send me a temporary password in order to restore.

I am very sorry that you have problems and I would like to help you. I saw that you left your email address, could you please remove it. There are house rules here and personal information is prohibited. A protection against abuse. I hope you can understand me. You can edit this on the black gear for 24 hours. If you have an error message, please post it on the internet and you can read all about this error message. Maybe it's just temporary. Please read about it. Otherwise you have to reset it again. Please: There is a button to restore or change a forgotten password.

Hello, I meant the Play Store support. An email address is stored there. Please write on it there. If you receive an automatic email, you will be asked to respond to it. Then please do it and add your picture. Do you play any other game? Do you have a PC with Window 10 and there you can download the apps and when you are in the profile, the orange king sign is at the top. If you click on this, you will have your ID number.
Please enclose them with the email !!!

On the other hand, the King.com page is not supported on your device, can you try it from a computer?
