We had some issues with web page to submit your info in All Stars US.

This has now been fixed and you should be able to submit your info.

If you still get this error message or the "Error 404/ You have already submitted your info", then please refresh the page and try again.

This issue should now be fixed. If you still aren't able to submit your info, then please email Player Support so we can submit it manually via email.

Go to the Settings in the game's upper right corner and choose Help Center. Choose a topic and then 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.

Received a message this morning when I logged on to submit info for the tournament finals. Clicked to the page and all I get is an error. Help please?

Thanks. The pop-up message is gone from the game now that I clicked on it and the link is no_cuid so I don’t see it resolving unless a new link is sent.

I am qualified for the semi-Finals. Twice a pop up says King needs more information from me before the semi-finals. Both times I click on the link and select enter and it says page error or my information has already been submitted which is not true.

HELP!!
