@azaleh if you're talking about your game account, the best thing to do is to just delete the app. Keep your acount in case you decide in the future that you want to play again. That way your progress won't get lost. Other than this you can contact customer support and they will clear your game and account but you would not be able to get them back.

Click on your avatar at the top right of your screen. In the screenshot below you can see my No 8 playing card avatar
After clicking on your avatar you will see the image below
Click on the envelope symbol and this takes you to your message center.
Select the edit symbol. Square shape with a pencil icon. This brings up the new message screen you can see below
Type a name in the recipient box. Type a message in the empty space below the recipients name

Newbies can't do the PM thing, that's why the OP never saw the mechanism on their end; but @azaleh was correct to tag the CMs here.
