playing on a pc/laptop

I play on my tablet and ipad most times but I also would like to play on my laptop or PC. If I play through facebook, I get this side bar on the rhs of other games which takes up a fair bit of screen so when I am trying to play CCS I am only seeing 3/4 of the screen. Is there another way? Or can I get rid of the side bar?

I have also tried playing through king.com but it wants me to start from at level 1.

Hi @Sharon_Armstrong !

The side bar and all content around the game on Facebook are provided and developed by Facebook. But even though you have other stuff around the game you should be able to see the whole game on Facebook's site.

Have you tried to check if anything is incorrect in the browser's settings? Zoom out to a smaller screen? I think this may be a browser issue.

You can also download the game to your PC from Microsoft Store and play via the Windows app. It has a full screen option and no Facebook around. You can sync the level by connecting the game to your Facebook. To download the game, simply click HERE.

As Cat Lad said above you should be able to synchronise your Facebook levels on King.com so that you don't have to start at level 1 again. Here is a copy of an article on how to synchronise your levels

Can I sync my progress between Facebook and King.com?

Quite simply yes you can! It's really straightforward to sync your progress between Facebook, mobile and King.com, which means if you would like to switch platforms, you can easily do so without having to start the game again.

To sync your progress with King.com, please complete the following steps:

Go to the King website at King.com
Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
Select ‘Account’
You will be prompted to confirm your password
Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information
Once complete, your progress will be updated across all King games on King.com

Thank you for replying. I tried to log into my account but when the log in sign comes up with your email address and password, I click on ok, but nothing happens.

Where are you logging in from @Sharon_Armstrong? There is no "OK" button that I see.

Go here: Candy Crush Saga Online - Play the game at King.com

Click the Log in button at the top right of the screen.

Enter your game account info (the email address should be the one you use to access Facebook I'm guessing).

Click Log in.

Click Play Now.

Hi @Sharon_Armstrong the login button not working on King was a big issue earlier in the year, and I seem to remember it was related to privacy settings in the browser. I will see if I can find the old posts and get back to you.
