My board reset as usual but I didn't receive the usual prizes for coming in 1st. Has this been eliminated too?

I got prizes every week until today.

For the weekly leader board that resets on Sunday

My weekly leader board has not changed in atleast 2 weeks. I am in first place but it is stuck between 84-85 wins. The other players wins have not changed either. The time stays at 00:00:00. It wont restart every week and I am not able to collect my rewards. Please help. See screenshot attached. Thank you.

Hello KaseyM, myself and a few other players have suffered from this issue. In my case all I did was sign out of my game, restart my device, and sign back into my game. Once back into your game you have to play a couple of levels for all of your features to return to your game. You can play either an old or a new level.
The good news, in my case, is that once the issue was resolved all the levels I had completed whilst the timer was at zero were still counted.
