Hi, I opened my PC on Thursday to play Candy Crush. I have a HP Elite X2 laptop which has Windows 10 and the Candy Crush app was bought through Microsoft Store. The game would open with the orange screen and then when it would move to the starting screen, it would immediately close. I tried all the suggestions on the Support thread - I firstly reset the game and this did not stop this shutting down, so I uninstalled the app and then re-installed it and it still happens. I have a second computer for work - a Surface Pro and it does exactly the same thing on this laptop as well. I am one of your top players, finishing the levels every week and waiting for new levels on a Thursday. If I login through Facebook, I am not at the same level as the app. Can you offer any help as to why the app keeps crashing? Thanks in advance for your help.

Thank you for this reply. I tried the steps you outlined, but it still keeps crashing. I cannot get it to work through the Microsoft app at all
