@NamTruong2001 What Windows version do you have? Please note that Microsoft do no longer support Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7. Therefore all King games and the website require that you are on Windows 10 or Windows 11 to be able to play the games online. The browser needs to be up to date as well.
Arghh, tried again this morning, still the same screen and the recaptcha thing on the bottom right hand of the screen!
@Crazy Cat Lad I know mac doesn't have a candy crush app so that's why i use king.com. If the king website suddenly doesn't support on macos mojave, (Current os i'm on) Then that's a completely different issue.
I hope this get's solved as i had a challenge a friend challenge ongoing and i'm afraid my daily treat machine and chocolate box will reset
It's so weird how i didn't get the one day issue on october 27 but now have a worser same problem now
Mine isn't fixed either...............when I try to access King.com from desktop icon it will not connect.....I get a recaptcha icon in the bottom right corner of the screen and if I type king.com into my search engine it will NOT CONNECT.....so annoying
Seems like it's not just me

I play on Chromebook. App opens then screen goes black.
I haven't been able to log into candy crush for 2 days now. Just a blank screen
Here's a picture of what my screen has looked like for 2 days now
Candy crush soda starts loading then disappears.
