Did all as king said, updated Facebook app also, still freezing. Fab 5 team needs 35 points in 4 hours and I havenāt be able to play two games in a row for 12 hours. I think this is the final straw at 10374.

I noticed this week that King made some changes with the level complete animations and the way that levels end. I'm wondering if that is causing issues for some. I am sure it will be addressed soon!
Well, I hope I am wrong too. It was just a suggestion that occurred to me since I did notice quite a few new animations this week.
So they still haven't learned? More really unnecessary (useless) changes yet to come? Causing more really frustrating glitches? In a way I hope you're wrong about this. And in a way I'm hoping this post will explode with complaints. The changes they're doing have proven not to improve the game quite often.

It looks like King is changing the level complete animation. I noticed it today on my Windows CC app. I have a feeling it is bugged and causing issues for some since it is a new feature.

I still need help,I have reset my wifi thing,scan for virusses nothing....One level playing means refreshing on my laptop on my phone nothing helps,I even played at a friendshouse because of different wifi ...nothing.
Mine freezing after every game. The only way I can unfreeze is to turn off my device and restart. Iāve tried the troubleshooting and no difference made. I usually play everyday but I canāt deal with this issue itās boring and I have started playing a different game

I know @Glenn1972, but this issue (I call it an issue because it is), I'd like to see King acknowledge it, and do something about it. Even though there's just a couple of comments at this post doesn't mean it's not affecting loads of players. Believe me, it's really happening to loads. I'm just trying to wake up the developers here (when it really is bedtime for me now). But please, do wake up, thank you..

As our friend @Glenn1972 has already given you information there is some work going on in the game at the moment and that is why we are experiencing a number of temporary problems. Your game will probably be normal as soon as their works in the game are completed, but I will be back here as soon as I get the latest information.

I play on a laptop restarted and still the same thing,I play 1 game I have too log out to play a next game

Every time I get to the end of the game (loosing) I get this screen and it sticks there. I have tried restarting my phone and I can attempt the level again then it sticks. I've also tried reinstalling which was very annoying because I lost all my boosters and its still sticking. Please help. thanks

When I'm done with one game, the screen freezes, goes dim, and doesn't load a new game. I have to get out of the game and restart each time. It's been doing it for a few hours now.

You're always asking people to do troubleshooting, but I think it's about time King (e.g. the game team) needs to do some troubleshooting themselves. I'm one of the admins of the Candy Crush Saga All Helpgroup, seeing loads and loads of complaints every single day. I'm always asking our members to contact you, to share their thoughts with you. I've also shared a link to this post at the CCSAH-group because it's happening to loads of people. I really hope they all will follow the link that I shared, and make a whole lot of noise over here. But people are getting fed up with it. I really do feel the problem, again, is on your end, sorry. Please do get things sorted, and stop messing around. Thanks in advance...
