💥 Levels 3309 and 8328 not ending when completing

I play on my iPhone and have never had any issues. I’ve gotten to level 3309 and win the level but as the level is trying to finish it crashes every time and the app closes. I’ve read that this level can sometimes take several minutes/hours to finish but I can’t get that far because it crashes every time. I’m never given the opportunity to skip. I’ve done all the recommended trouble shooting tips but still can’t get by the level. Any advice appreciated.

This level takes time to play, When the level is complete you will find the '' Tap here to skip'' option on the game board and you can start the next level by avoiding the extra explosions..please check this page before play level 3309

Hi there, this issue on this particular level seems to have been reported repeatedly. I expect the game developers will be on it ASAP!

Kiara_wael - I did all those things in the post you provided before I commented. After about 10 minutes the app just shuts down so I can’t wait it out until the “tap here to skip” option comes up. I did notice this had been reported before but have yet to see any real resolution provided.

I’m having the same issue. I keep beating the level but the candies won’t stop dropping and eventually the app crashes. Would love if I could skip this level. I can’t get past it despite continuing to win.

The tap to skip won't appear unless the level has completed. If @yperry hasn't finished the level, that's the reason.
