Hello @cuppias quite a few people have complained about the disappearance of the Chocolate Box as you can see in the discussion I have linked below.
The last time the Chocolate Box disappeared it was because it was removed by King to fix it as it was causing issues for some players. I am hoping that this is why it has been removed now.

Hello @BarbaraJeanNC , mine is also missing. It may have been taken down are the Candy Crush Team is working on a known issue with it,

I am also missing the chocolate box from my game
At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to investigated and resolve the issue. We waiting patiently.
But don't worry, I think it will return

And login again.

Hi @candyujwal . Let’s hope it gets resolved. I’m happy playing Pets and Farm Heroes. But I have been playing CCS for so long that it would be nice to have it available without glitches ❤️
