Some levels may get updated after the release and therefore look different from when other players played it.. and You can give feedback here

Once a level has been released onto Windows 10 desktop a week later moves are removed. The removal of moves from a level is completed every week regardless of how hard this makes a level to complete.
Popular opinion is that the removal of moves is completed to give those players that pay for in-game items a reason to buy things.
If you read the level feedback threads (one of which has been provided by Kiara) you can see that players at the end of the map already complain about how difficult some of the levels are. Regardless of their feedback moves are still removed a week later.

Another impossible level! 18 moves? Really? I’ve playing CC for years and it’s really changed. I don’t mind hard levels but taking moves away on a game just to get you to buy boosters isn’t right

Each level of the game can be passed without booster and that is how the levels are created. Although it is not possible to say that you can pass any level through the first attempt😂Sometime its outcome depends on your skills and the strategies you adopt.
However, they are currently trying to make the levels more challenging and in such cases some levels may be very difficult, but according to your feedback they may reconsider the very difficult levels in some cases.😊
Booster purchases are entirely your personal because the King never forces you to purchase booster.

10554 18 moves. Another reason to delete the game! Bring back the fun. Give the first players a few moves and more for those that are forced to follow because of your engineering of the levels. Bad spirit!

Te lo voy a poner así... Eres demaciada buena qué el juego te pone trabas para que desesperes y compres lingotes o algo así... A mi me pasa lo mismo, me dan hasta 10 movimientos menos que a otros jugadores y he notado que el mismo nivel es diferente entre jugadores, un solo nivel qué sé supone es sencillo lo he jugado hasta 100 veces, te imaginas? La verdad hay veces que digo "ya no voy a jugar" pero ahí sigo de tonto...

A mi me pasa lo mismo... Es para que desesperes y hagas compras innecesarias, he jugado niveles fáciles hasta 100 veces, también me ha pasado que el mismo nivel es más difícil para mi que para otros jugadores...
