Game crashing when playing ads

I've tried everything suggested for solving this problem (restart, update stuff, storage check, reinstall, background apps) and nothing works. Candy Crush crashes when playing certain ads. Very frustrating. Can't see the ads to tell which ones. Been happening for about two weeks and getting worse. I'm on an Android.

Thank you for reported will pass this to the Game Team , Its happen to me sometimes when play on android , but it will fix itself .its look like Temporary error

for about a week now i cannot get extra lives by watching ads nor can i get the initial videos to play before games to get more power ups. i cleared cache reinstalled, rebooted and i'm up to date on everything. andriod 11 on samsung a52.
wouldnt advertisers be upset that we cannot watch ads.

Kiara it is a temporary error that has been going on since at least 2019 though.

Temporary error, what is classed as temporary. I have reported it 6 times in the last 8 weeks and heyho adds still crashing game. Surely there must be something that can be done.
