Hi
I don’t have a problem with ads, especially the ones you can choose to stop.
However I do have a problem with the religious ad that I got this morning.
I have been playing since 2014 and am up to nearly level 5000. But because of this I am going to stop playing Candy Crush.

The ads in the game are provided by a third party company and do not come directly from King.
Just like on Google, Facebook and other social media platforms and websites, the ads are provided by another company and the ads are based on your algorithms.
Sometimes these algorithms can go wrong and target the wrong audience.
We at King do filter all ads so no inappropriate ads, e.g. violence, pornographic content, drugs are displayed in the game.
Truly sorry for this, but hopefully the ads will be more suitable in your game in the future.
