I am still having problems with the login. Still getting the try again later. I have done everything that has been suggested.

Same here my problems have not been solved. I cannot sign in and I play on Microsoft app and also through chrome. Cleaned cache etc.

@ngeisler Could you please confirm that you play on King.com on desktop and let me know what browsers you have tried?
@dianegig Have you tried Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Opera? Are you using a Windows 10 PC?
Please note that this thread is about a loading issue on the King.com website and not with the game on mobile, Facebook or Windows app!

I'm playing on a new iMac (macOS Monterey, Version 12.0.1 operating system).
I'm able to access king.com on Firefox but not on Safari nor on Chrome. I have some heavy-duty antivirus software. Could that be a problem?

Hi @EustatiaVye - that might be a problem. I don't use any antivirus on my iMac. - I do use AdRemover for most all sites. love it. but that didn't seem to affect king.com at all. either turned on or off. My iMac is older by 4-5 years than your new one. I can access King.com on Chrome and Safari, both. Safari slighty glitchy, but hardly no probs. Have not used Firefox in ages.

Thanks, arterie. I'm happy with Firefox. It doesn't slow things down, either. I just have to switch things around. A little extra time, but it's better than nothing.

I am sorry to hear that, Shuzuko. Do you use a Mac? If you do, you may have a newer model, as I have. You can't use Safari. Try Firefox. I have a newer Mac, and it works for me. Good luck, and Happy New Year!
