I didn't get my day 2 surprise. It popped up but then froze. I was very disappointed because I have only 2 boosters left😥

Hi. I did not Get the advent calendar. I don’t know if it was in your message like I clicked on everything and the only thing that came up for images not the actual calendar itself can you please help me please thank you Cathleen

Day 1 I receive 30 minutes of color bomb
Day 2 collect 1900 blue candies for a lollipop and color bomb

Unfortunately for all “red door” from the December calendar Event is a special winter offer in the shop. The red door are available on 3rd, 8th, 14th and 22nd December.

@Yorben_Goeree Still no advent calender received only msg saying not to fotget to open a door daily... that was it. Nor did I receive the special offer you posted 😢 . Hope it soon will be fixed.

it's not a feature that comes to all players.
Check if the game version is up to date. If not, install the latest version.
