I was confused about this too, but it turns out that the advent calendar isn’t hands-on. How it works is that everyday when you log in, you will get a pop-up that looks pretty similar to this:
And so everyday, you will either get to claim something, play in a challenge (like the example above), or receive an exclusive in-game purchase. Please note: Everything will only last 24 hours before disappearing, then you will get something new the next day!

Thanks, I think I just realized it too. That just killed it for me. I was excited to play with it. Here is the one I just received. Win ,,14 levels on the 1sy try. Come on.
