Why Wont Candy Crush Load

Hi

I was playing Candy Crush on my laptop yesterday both through Firefox and Google Chrome.

Today i cannot access it on any of those browser sites or through Facebook directly.

Any advice please. I have deleted cookies, etc but nothing has helped.

    Hi there! Hopefully your progress was linked to a King account before this happened. The best way to play games like this is actually through the app store :) Microsoft Store if it's on Windows and the App Store on Apple products. Good luck and let us know if you get it working :)

    Hi same for me ive not been able to play via fb on a pc for about a week ive deleted cache cookies the lot lol but still wont work ! maybe my addiction is coming to an end lol

    If the steps HERE doesn't help, please play via the Windows app instead until the game is working for you again.

    You can download the Windows app from HERE if you have a Windows PC, when opening the game, connect it to your Facebook to sync all levels.
