Once again ( second day in a row) I am missing 30 mins each of wrapped/stripe and fis received in tree topper

Can you show me a screenshot where you won the reward from tree topper?
There is a risk in each level of the tree topper, meaning you may have received the reward in the first level but lost the entire reward in the next step.
If you have screenshots I can give you detailed information.
