Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date
I have no advent calendar either, been playing for years and years... Everyone should have the same rewards!

It seems like some features don't appear for everyone at the same time :( I'm missing the calendar too. Oh well...
I don't have the advent calendar either so QUIT telling me to open a door for a prize! It's hurtful!!!

I play been playing this game for years and don't have the Advent Calendar either. Had day 2 and 3 and then nothing.
