Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date

I have no advent calendar either, been playing for years and years... Everyone should have the same rewards!

Advent Calendar Event belong to the Test group and Test features are randomly assigned to different players.
You did not receive the event because you do not belong to this test group and you will find more details on this topic at the link below.

It seems like some features don't appear for everyone at the same time :( I'm missing the calendar too. Oh well...

I play been playing this game for years and don't have the Advent Calendar either. Had day 2 and 3 and then nothing.
