That's because the game is for all intents and purposes Pay 2 Play category now. They usually don't give the helps to the higher players because they know many of those players are cucks and will still play regardless of how King/Activision hoses them.
If you intend to keep investing real time and energy into this game moving forward, you need to understand that you will be having to pay real money to keep going. The higher you get, the less booster access you get, and the levels become exponentially more difficult. So again, decide if you want to start spending money and go for it. Otherwise, I would wean yourself now before you become more hooked to a P2P game

Watch videos to get extra boosters/moves/(game) lives
And if you've ever spent anything on this game with real money, you most certainly won't have this feature going forward (here's one of the more recent examples).
It's a very nice business model from King/Activision Blizzard...
That's good to know, & neither has der Spieler.
However, you are at the mercy of those tasked with maintaining the game on whether or not you ever get that feature.
Just don't delete the game in an attempt to receive the feature, as any accumulated boosters/received game lives would also be deleted (if playing via mobile devices); see this & avoid creating other issues...
Hello Jmady, you are right it doesn't seem fair that some players get a feature whilst others don't. Unfortunately there is nothing you or I can do about. The sad fact is that if you don't have a feature there is nothing you can do to ensure that the feature is added to your game. You either have the feature, or you don't. King say that this is due to testing, but obviously this can't be the whole story as no feature needs to be tested for years.
