Hi,
first of all it is nice to join the community.
I’m so sad to say that I have lost all my progress and I’m no more able to recover it. I have changed my old phone. I did the log in on old phone by Facebook assuming to save the progress, but something was wrong. New login in on new phone by facebook, put me back to level 92. My latest progress before the change was 5035. Attached there is the snapshot I did to celebrate my level 5000 with my friends. It was to share my pleasure to my friends.
I can not believe that I miss all my progress.
Have I any chance to have back my progress? If I can not have it back, I think to stop to play. Level 92 is too far, it make no sense to start again.
My player icon was onion-head.
I hope that King solves my problem after years and years of daily wonderful playing.
