Hi

I dont understand why the Advent Calender isnt there for me.

Can you help me?

Hello @kingChess69 simply put everyone isn't guaranteed to receive a new feature. If you haven't got the Advent Calendar in your game after 22 days then I guess you are one of the people that haven't received this new feature.

No amount of updating your app, or clearing your app cache can help you as only King control who gets the features.

There was a technical issue with the Advent Calendar on Facebook and King.com . Therefore it may not show up today on those platforms.

You can access the Advent Calendar on your mobile device or via the Windows app though.

Hi there, it seems it is not appearing for everyone unfortunately. After you sign back in and out, try playing a level or two - sometimes this kickstarts some features. Let us know! :)
