In app purchase of gold bars failed

I have an Android version 4.19.133 (mobile phone).

3 times today I purchased a pack to play on but did not get the bars to do so - I was credited the boosters that went with the pack but nit the bars and game froze up requiring restart.(charged 3.15 CA times 3)

    Okay so I double checked the pack that I purchased - was the holiday pack for 2.79 and just noticed that it doesn't include bars - I do feel like a dope haha

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

    Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.
