Very Strange if you are getting other Rewards but only the problem is with Lollipop. For any missing Reward you must Contact to our Player Support either Directly from Game Settings or through this Link below.

There is sometimes a graph issue. to check if you have this you would need to add your team scores up to see if you have reached the 7000 target. If your team has not reached the target due to the issue please note that the scores in this case are counted in the background and if your team reaches the target in the given time you will receive you rewards.
If you post a screenshot we can confirm this for you or not and advise you if this is not the issue
You can see the most likely reason you aren't receiving your lollipop booster in my screenshot below. My Fantastic Five shows that I have reached the lollipop, but I haven't.
If you add up the player scores in my screenshot you will see that they only add up to 1,150, and not the indicated 2,300. You need 1,700 points for the lollipop. Check your teams scores and see if they add up to more than 1,700 points. If they don't just keep playing and you will receive the lollipop when your team reaches 1,700 points, or more.
