in Candy Crush Saga, when I logged in today, I was started at an earlier level, 1681, instead of 1688, which is where I left off at yesterday eve. when I played last. No reason why this should happen?
Please help and correct to my current level which is 1688.(which I have been on for some timeπ)

Hi and Welcome to the community.
Sometimes if any Level is not perfectly registered on the server this happens. So please check your map if other levels are cleared. Unfortunately you have to clear this level to move forward.

Hi there, sorry to hear this happened to you. It means you were clearing some levels while not connected or properly logged into your King account :( If you notice certain features aren't loading properly (spinning wheels, no images of your avatar) then this is a good indication you aren't signed in properly!
Same thing happened to me, im way back to what I already played, and yes was logged in, not gonna purchace anything any more, fix it KING

Update: No correct answer yet to fix this...Can someone at King just correct my "placement" on the Candy Crush board to where I last left off and should be...at level 1688? They have done this in the past so it is "doable".

You were playing level 1688 yesterday but you are back at level 1681 today, it could be for various reasons. I guess your game progress has not been saved to the server since level 1681, yet I expect some information from you so that I can help you with the correct information.
On what platform or device are you playing the game?
If you are playing the game through the game app, you got such a problem after reinstalling the game app?

It happened again, just like before Christmas, back to a previous level, and needed help then and gonna need help again, tried all the steps that was mentioned and nothing, and don't want to lose my bars if I delete app
