re: level 1688
I have been stuck on this level for quite some time. I do not believe it is doable. I have tried to look up "how to clear level 1688" on Google to see how others have passed it but I only see advice for a different version of the one I am currently stuck on. I have not had this kind of issue before as I have been able to "seek out" others advice and it has occasionally helped me out to pass a tough level. This one, the current one, I do not believe is passable.
Please advise.

I am posting a screenshot of level 1688 as I see it in my game
Hopefully this is the same level design as yours and when I played it again I did notice a change from the time when I played it which was about a year and a half ago been some time so I hope the design it still the same so....
I started off with normal booster's color Bomb and Wrapped Candy no other's and noticed the Crab in the game (I don't like him) so going from what is given you have to clear all the..Clear bubbles and get the Cherries down....my first though is always go for the Cherries and let the Clear bubbles get themselves as much as they can....start at the bottom and go for it....
That's what I did and here's my screenshot to show that I did NOT pass it one the first try but to show you how I went about it....
After this Color Bomb stopped I had only 3 Clear bubbles left and I went for extra moves....I know you didn't ask for that easy way of doing it but I wanted to show you how to start for the bottom and to go for the Cherries and let the Clear bubbles take care of themselves as this is how I won 414 levels in 1 week and had a Candy Crush Saga day like no other....Hope this helps you out my Community friend and if you want I can tag one of our Game Moderators to offer you more assistance if you like ? @kiara_wael as she is very kind and helpful...to everyone in the Community...😉♥️💯

Level 1688. First break jellies as many as you can. Then make special candies as many as you can and combine special candies to break more jellies and all icing blockers. Then break remaining jellies. Then play near ingredients to bring down all from bottom right to top left to bottom left to top right of the board through teleporter and to complete the level/ Please check this video, hope give some Tips

I appreciate all of your responses very much. I will continue to play and hopefully pass this level eventually but I must say, I didn't see anything dramatically different in the way I have been playing this level. I think it is just a "hit and miss" luck thing to pass successfully. That is how it appears to me and it will take however long it takes to pass. I just hope I do not get "left back" to a past level again as a surprise when I open up the game in the future!
