Candy Crush Saga issues go from bad to worse...

Device: Nokia Lumia 520.....  OS: Win 8.1.....   Current Level: 350       History of issue =

March 20th tried to buy gold bars, got error message "d0000027". Searched days for clues, did the following...   1-  Checked Advertising ID switched on, it was OK (last upgrade turned it off without notice, no game for days!!!)   2-  Multiple re-boots inc' re-inserting battery, SD card and SIM   3-  Checked Microsoft account for payment options, added additional option just in case. Net result was game still played fine, connected to web etc, but still won't make online purchases. Next I accepted invite from nag-screen to add a nickname. Did this inc chose nickname, avatar, confirmed email and password and was told by dialogue this would protect my level whatever happened to my device.

The bad now gets worse. Restart CCS and now suddenly I'm back on level one!!! WTF? Try to log-in via game, enter e-mail and my correct avatar and nickname appear but I'm told my password is incorrect! Click "forgot password", get message about an e-mail with instructions on how to reset password. E-mail arrives as a generic message with no instructions at all. Try King.com option for...Recovering passwordJust click this link, enter your email and we will send you a mail with further details.Message says "we sent mail" but none received.

Question. If there is no way forward (or back) for me who do I approach for a refund on the funds I've invested in this game only to suffer a denial of service? Is it King or MBNA?

    Hi Mark,Many thanks for your comment and indeed the e-mail from your colleague Jenni. However the e-mail left some questions unanswered so I replied with a duplicate of my original message including my Game ID.Most notable being the issue that the login screen shows my chosen avatar and nickname once I enter my e-mail and press the continue button but the dialogue wont accept my password. Please see message above for further details.I therefore can't progress with the resolving of this issue.I sent my reply to Jenni yesterday morning and am still awaiting a reply.Many thanks for your continued help and support.Regards,Eugene.

    I spend a lot of money on candy crush saga. Sometimes as much as $200 a month which is ridiculous. I’ve been playing this game about eight years and I am close to level 14,000. However, if you keep cheating me, which you often do, I’m going to quit the game entirely and I’m gonna tell everyone I know to quit this game or don’t start it. More than once, when I am trying to maintain the large bag of treats at the bottom of the page, and I continue to win every single game, all of a sudden, you cancel that out, and I have to start over with not having any level of the treats at the bottom of the page. This is absolute cheating and is so wrong. Why do you do this to some of your best players? It’s so much harder to when these very difficult levels without that help. If I am maintaining winning game after game, why are you forcing me to lose the large tree bag on the right side of the page? Also, there are times when One of the goals is to get 20 charcoals, which is what I called the black squares. Because I do not want to have to start over with my treat bag at the bottom of the page, I keep doing things that should drop the charcoals down so that I can delete them, but I have gone. as long as eight boards to try to get the charcoals to drop down. I open up the level below the area that will drop the charcoals and nine come out time after time. Are used so many. party blasters, and other things that I had purchased to try to get the charcoal’s to drop and they never did. The amount of things that I used to try to get the game to do what it was supposed to do cause me a fortune and then I still had to quit the game and start all over again. Why do you cheat your best players this way? I am sorry I ever got hooked on this game. It’s been one of the worst mistakes I’ve ever made. You should make this up to me by giving me extra party blasters to make up for all the ones I used trying to win that level. I also wonder about people in foreign countries. Because they do not have the money that Americans do, So I’m assuming that they get to play with boosters That cost next to nothing. I would love to know what your policy is on this with people playing from India, China, and so many other countries around the world.
