Incomplete purchase of the spring promo

Hello,

I bought the package deal(promo) with 50 gold bars and a lot of extra's(boosters and the two hours play), but I only received the gold bars and nothing else. I'm very disappointed.

I already tried to reset the in app purchase in the settings menu, but it did not work.

Same problem here. I got the 20 gold bars purchased but no boosters and no 2 hours of unlimited play. Such a rip off! It seems like such a scam!

I had this same issue but I received nothing at all. Thought I didnt complete purchase and tried a second time and nothing. mI'm not happy since I was charge twice and got nothing in return except an auto reply telling me to join King Care to solve my issue. I'm thinking I just learned a $12 lesson. Don't purchase digital data ever.

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
