Why can’t I connect to candy crush?

When I log in to my account on candy crush, I get connection error and to try again later. It’s been happening for two days. Also, my phone will not sync with my iPad. When I enter my email and password, it says email alreadiy in use?

    Hi and welcome to the King Community

    You need to reinstall the game app after uninstalling to get the solution. Uninstalling the game app will cause you to lose all stored booster and unsaved levels but your problem will be solved.

    i deleted the app on my phone and reinstalled it. I’m now at level 1 again. My phone and iPad where not in sync so it not affect my iPad. On my phone I was only up to level 1000. My iPad is around level 4000. If I have to reinstall it and start over I’m done with the game

    If you have previously saved the game on Facebook or Kingdom, your game progress is safe and you will get back game progress by logging in to the game again. I guess you saved the game via Kingdom but you are currently choosing the wrong option to log in which means you are trying to sign up instead of logging in.🙈

    If you log in by clicking on the option I indicated, you will definitely get back the game progress😃
