when you first get to the game and the orange comes on and it is supposed to go from 0 to 100% for game to start it won't do it or if it does it takes forever.
Have you tried the normal troubleshooting steps which resolve most loading issues? Make sure that you clear the cache in your browser. Also you can check everything is up to date like Java using this website:
