Every time I sign on it let me spin the wheel but once I click on level 202 it just freeze why is that? Can it be fix?

Have you tried playing the game in another browser? I suggest you use Google Chrome as it handles Flash based games really well.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
