Oops level Failed, without even making a move

I’ve had a very long streak, & just lost it on level 10934, I hadn’t even made a move & my screen pops up with “Oops level failed, no more possible switches. I’ve spent a lot of money & time keeping my streak, & I’m so not happy right now, this is the 3rd time it’s happen in the last 12 months.

How do I get this fixed Please ?

Thank you for posting this impressive collection of oops levels! It will be helpful as a warning to others. I wonder if your win streak gives you two or three colour bombs? I once had a win streak that awarded three colour bombs at win streak 4, and then if you play a fourth as a starting booster you would have four on each starting board. I wonder if you are one of those lucky/unlucky players who get the 3 colour bomb win streak version and if that is what breaks these levels.

Hello @NGC7294 Yes, you are correct: Posting here means nothing. As you can see this is an old thread from three years ago. Since then there have been dozens of new complaints in other threads about this same issue. It comes and goes and has become more frequent recently. This may be due to staff shortage and the AI taking over level design now.

Today (14-08-2025) I experienced the same thing, I didn't even make a move, and the level failed showing no more possible switches. I had a win streak of 550+ levels.

Is there any solution for it? Or posting here means nothing?

I also experienced the same "oops" problem. This occurred while playing with the full necklace boosters, free timed boosters from my F5 team, and coconut wheel. The boosters took the place of the green candies needed to make the first move. In previous discussions about other levels with the same problem, players had been assured that levels would be designed and tested to prevent the "oops" issue. Level 10934 needs to be fixed.
