Connection Issues

I solved the Connection problem but I lost 6 games… I was on level 4012 and now I am back to level 4006😾… but at least I am back with full service!!😀

My solution was to change to a new device( my iPhone) which brought me back to level 4006 I played 1 game and then deleted app from old device(my iPad)..After that I downloaded the App back on to the ipad and I am back to full service and connection however I did lose 6 levels in the process!
