Can someone tell me how the weekly contest is sorted. I always seem to have unknown players to me who are passing 50 upwards levels a week. So are players picked randomly for me to play against ? My friends are showing as not having passed any levels, but I know for definite that they have. Why isn't it just 'my friends' as it used to be that are showing and that I play against?

Everyone except "Bubblegum troll" is a real player. People that appear as "player" are people who are not signed in with a fb or king account. Perhaps they are at level 100 and they have plenty of easy levels to play ahead which is why they are passing so many levels.

Hi @Ryanthecrusher thanks for your explanation. I take it that those I am playing against are randomly selected by King. As my actual CC friends are all showing as not having passed any levels since last Sunday but I know for a fact one has passed 60 levels and another 30 levels and another 12 and others more than 0 as shown, so again this is just being controlled and not a true picture. Guess I'll only win the weekly contest if King decide, no matter how well I do.

You get random and selected players in your game. The player has no influence on this. I hope that answers your question. Much luck

I don’t think they are regular players winning 300 to 400 levels each week even if they are on the lower levels. not much point in us regular people playing with those numbers. I’d much prefer playing against friends I know.
