What is the candy with a bow and a C in the center?

On lvl 138, I noticed a candy with a bow and a C in the center. It went into a jar on the left hand side. It is also under the list of high scores for that lvl saying I have 1 of 48. Also on the map, certain past levels are bouncing up & down with the same bow. What is it, how does it appear, what does it do for me, and how do I use it?
