could you please clarify this last point to me?
You said that said that “Device 2” is correctly synchronized being at level 938.
In “Device 1” (the one supposed not to be synchronized) I am at level 1011.
So either “Device 2” is synchronized and then the last level recorded by my account is 938, or it is not. So in any case I fear that I will lose the levels from 939 to 1011 when uninstalling the “corrupted” app.

If you reinstall the Game app on the device (Where you are at level 1011 ) you will be back to 938 level, meaning your unsaved levels will be lost.
However before doing anything right now you can check the game ID from both the devices, whether both the game IDs are the same?

The IDs are the same. In fact, they have always been synchronized, only a few time ago they stopped doing so.
Is there a way to force the overwriting of the data of “Device 1” (where I am at level 1011) on my ID?
