Glitch in level 962 of Candy Crush Saga

You need 4 coconuts and 4 cherries to beat the level, but you never see the fourth coconut. I have been through this level several times now, and the fourth coconut never seems to drop. I had 23 moves left and had all my cherries and all but one coconut... in 23 moves the last coconut never dropped? It's always a coconut!

Hi Leah. I just completed level 962 and have attached the video. I played on Facebook and didn't experience the problem you are having. Which platform are you playing on?

This doesnt answer the question of how to do level 963

I have the same problem 6 times I got down to the last cherry and the cherry would not appear .....

I Have had this problem too but the last cherry did not appear
