Candy Crush will not load

Please help, I've not been able to play Candy Crush for the past few days. It simply gets stuck whilst loading at 4%. I've put a lot of time into this game and spent some money as well, so not happy that I can't get back on. I've tried all the troubleshooting and even uninstalled and reinstalled the browser, still nothing working
