Me too. Nothing helps. Now I don't.even get my wheel price boosters. Not the single ones the jackpot. Twice already

According to your screenshot, I think it is an app error i.e. your app has been corrupted. Since you did not get the solution through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, you will probably get the solution by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
For uninstalling the app you will lose all the stored boosters. Also you can contact our player support before uninstall the game app if they can give you some solution.

I can play Candy Crush as long as I don't log in using Facebook, but when I log in with Facebook to retrieve my my account, Gold bars, and my level, i get a "Connection Error" try again later.
