🎿 Ski Lift Season Pass - No rewards in the Free Pass?

The Ski Lift Season Pass have rewards on every step up on the lift when taking the Gold Pass.
On the Free Pass side though, some of the steps do not feature any rewards.
Various empty steps in a row (as the picture above) can happen some weeks.
Please be aware that this is not an error! The Free Pass do not feature rewards on every single step.

I am definitely hooked on Candy Crush, and yet continue to see hick-ups in the game. Right now in the season pass, top tier, nothing is shown after prize #5. Please fix. Thank you.

More specifically, tiers 6-9 do not have anything/are blanks:
However, on my other CCS account, all tiers give rewards as normal.
@Crazy Cat Lad Can you explain that discrepancy? That most certainly isn't normal, unless you're gonna give the excuse this is a new test feature for some players where Season Pass doesn't give rewards for some tiers in normal mode. 🙄

Hi, I purchased the tier on Season Pass, but it stole my gold and didn't give me any of the items. Not sweet at all- please refund 18 gold

Hi @Soonergirl825 this community doesn't deal with refunds. For a refund of your 18 gold you will have to contact Player Support.

So king have clearly reduced the rewards to force you to pay or waste gold bars by purchasing the gold pass. Can’t say I’m surprised. Generosity is not kings strong suit is it. Tier 6-9 you get nothing and once you reach tier 10 you get a ufo. Rather boring just repeating levels for less rewards

Welcome to the King Community.
At the moment there are some graphics problems in the Events tab of Session Pass, which means you can see after claiming your reward that the claim option is active.
Don't be discouraged because you will get rewards from each tier and the problem will be solved very soon.
