    Is it the Apple App Store that doesn't load properly and not allowing you to purchase?

    Could you post a screenshot of the issue and how it looks like when you try to make a purchase?

    I found out how to fix it I lost 5 levels though because it wasn't connected properly

    It won't let me post a link but look up

    no internet connection candy crush

    And select videos

    I fixed it!!! Somehow my Google Play Store was "disabled" in the apps tab
