I am stuck on level 503....because cherry and hazelnut do not fall. Can this be fixed?

I am wondering why the cherry and hazelnut do not fall. I clear all the meringues, get way over 20,000 points, and I can play until all moves are gone...but nothing happens. Why? I will stay on this level unless this matter is taken care of.....If it continues it will make me want to quit this game. It seems like I am not the only person having this problem....I have noticed several more people are experiencing the same problem with no answers ...Please tell me what to do....

LOOKS LIKE WE ALL SHOULD QUIT THE GAME,THEN THEY WILL LEARN THEIR LESSON.
OTHERWISE FIX IT SOON.

Do you have the game on your mobile? If yes, then please try playing the level there. Once completed your progress is synced back to Facebook and you should now be able to advance without any issues.

If it is an emergency then install the game - if not then just wait for the level to be fixed.

I just tried playing the level and it is working correctly now - both the cherry and the hazelnut can be triggered.
